1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to all services offered by Penguineer OÜ on cloozing.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Services Offered

Cloozing offers social media growth services (followers, likes, comments, views) via its Pulsar™ system for platforms like TikTok, Instagram and others.

  • Progressive and natural delivery via Pulsar™
  • Guaranteed delivery of ordered amount
  • Real-time tracking via unique link
  • Customer support via email

3. Orders and Pricing

Prices are in euros including VAT. Payment is made once at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

  • 100% secure payment
  • No recurring charges, one-time payment
  • Invoice sent automatically by email
  • Fixed price, no hidden fees

4. Service Execution

Service starts within 24h after order validation. Delivery is progressive based on selected pack:

  • Start: usually within 24h
  • Duration: varies by pack (ex: ~2d for 1000, ~7d for 10000)
  • Account must be public during entire delivery
  • Real-time tracking via provided link

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under consumer law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. IMPORTANT: this right is lost as soon as service execution begins (Pulsar™ launch). By confirming your order, you accept immediate service start and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

6. Refunds

Refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • Service not started within 48h: full refund
  • Private account not made public within 48h: full refund
  • Technical error on our end: full refund
  • Partially delivered service: prorated refund

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

7. Follower Retention

Cloozing guarantees delivery of the ordered number of followers. However, long-term retention depends on platform policies (TikTok, Instagram). These platforms may adjust account follower counts at any time, independently of our service. No refunds will be issued for variations occurring after complete delivery.

8. Liability

Cloozing commits to providing industry-standard service. We are not responsible for platform algorithm changes, account suspensions or other events beyond our control.

9. Personal Data

Data processing is detailed in our Privacy Policy. We never ask for your password and store no banking data.

10. Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by Estonian law. In case of dispute, we favor amicable resolution. Otherwise, Estonian courts have jurisdiction.
